Healthy cows are a requirement of any successful dairy. Healthy cows eat more feed, make more milk, and are more efficient in converting feed into milk. In this way, we assist dairies in maximizing their cow’s potential. We cover several critical management area through our nutrition monitoring and our herd walk-throughs. Beyond those, we may become involved with parlor audits, locomotion and hoof health audits, and review vaccination and breeding protocols with the farm veterinarian. Moreover, with constant communication with the dairy team, we can use nutritional strategies to be proactive against cow health issues.
